Documents & signatures
Templates turned into PDFs, signed on any phone, versioned and linked to the driver, car or company.
Contracts, rental agreements, car leases and acknowledgements are generated from templates filled with data that is already in Bugama: names, plates, amounts, dates and the issuing company.
How signing works
- The signer receives a link and signs on their phone.
- The signed PDF is stored on the right profile and versioned.
- A copy is mirrored to the company’s Google Drive folder.
- Workflows wait for the signature before moving on.
