How fuel, tolls, charging and platform earnings are imported and attributed to the driver who had the car.
A connector is an automatic link between Bugama and an external system. Connectors import earnings from ride-hailing platforms and costs from suppliers such as fuel cards, toll operators and charging networks.
Attribution
Each expense is matched to a vehicle by plate or fleet number, and then to the driver who had that vehicle at the exact time of the transaction, in local time. Lines that cannot be matched are listed with the context needed to fix them.
- Earnings: Bolt, Uber, Cabify.
- Fuel: Prio and other fuel cards.
- Tolls: Via Verde.
- EV charging: Atlante.
- Also parking, fines and manual expenses.
