How shift compliance is measured
The checks Bugama Compliance runs on every shift: late start, revenue zones, peak hours, cancellations and eco-driving.
Bugama Compliance compares the shift a driver was planned to work with what really happened, using live states from the ride-hailing platforms and GPS data. Results are ready about two hours after the shift ends.
Typical checks
- Late start: the first real movement compared with the planned start.
- Revenue zones: minutes spent in the zones where demand is (RZI).
- Peak hours: time offline during the busiest hours.
- Cancellations and eco-driving events.
Feedback
Drivers receive the facts by SMS or email the same day, and a call from the voice agent if it happens again. The top earners can be exempted so feedback lands where it helps.
