A workflow is a process with states, forms, owners and actions: hiring, damage claims, car leases, offboarding. Each workflow runs on tickets, so every case has a history and an owner.
Building a workflow
- Draw it in the visual builder, with forms designed in the same editor.
- Or describe it in plain words: the AI designer drafts it, checks it for errors and repairs them.
- Run a dry run before publishing.
- Every action is logged on the ticket, the driver and the vehicle.
