Investors & companies
How Bugama models multi-company fleets: the companies that own cars and licences, employ drivers and hold platform accounts.
Many ride-hailing fleets in Spain are groups of small companies. Each company (often called an investor) owns some cars and VTC licences, may employ drivers and holds its own accounts with the platforms. Bugama keeps all of them in one workspace without mixing their data.
What is stored per company
- Legal and tax data, bank accounts and contacts.
- Cars and VTC licences it owns.
- Insurance policies and financing.
- Platform credentials and connectors.
- Drivers it employs, for payroll fleets.
Why it matters
Contracts, invoices and payroll must be issued by the right legal entity. Because every car, licence and contract points to its company, Bugama picks the correct issuer automatically, and reports can be filtered per company or consolidated for the group.
