Lend cars between companies of the same group, temporarily or permanently, with every lease documented.
When a car is in the workshop, its driver still needs to work. Bugama lets one company lend a car to another for a period, for example a replacement car while the original is being repaired, or permanently when the group reorganises its fleet.
What a lease records
- Lending and receiving company, car and dates.
- The reason: workshop, reorganisation or other.
- The signed lease document, generated from a template.
- Automatic closing when the original car is back on the road.
